1 pound nuts
1 egg
white
1 tbsp water
1/3 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup white sugar
2 tsp kosher
salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
a few dashes cayanne pepper
1/4 tsp cuman
chili
powder

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. mix sugar and spices together and set aside.
Froth together the egg white and water. ( Do not whisk untill stiff) Add the
nuts to fully coat them in egg mixture. Sprinkle the nuts with the spice
mixture. Spread the nuts out evenly on a sheetpan. Cook for about 20 minutes.
Watch the nuts because they can burn easily
