MASHED CELERIAC
1 large celery root cubed
1/2 Tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic
Salt/pepper
2 tbsp cream
Sautee the cubed celery root in 1/2 tabslespoon olive oil till it becomes slightly browned. Add the garlic. Once the oil seems like it has been absorbed, cover the celery root half way with water. Lightly Cook untill tender. The water will cook into the vegetable. At this time, add 2 tbsp of cream and mash together using a potato masher.
