Field Greens with Pomegranate and Feta

My mother made a salad like this for Christmas this year to go along with a delicious prime rib.  There was something about this salad, maybe the salty cheese against the sweet fruit that was addicting.  Prime rib is by far my favorite meal, but I have to say, this Christmas this salad really caught my attention.

Pecans

oil

balsamic vinegar

1 garlic clove minced

sugar

salt/pepper
