INGREDIENTS
1/2 a head of cabbage

2 tsp carraway seeds
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp white sugar
1/2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp butter

DIRECTIONS
Slice the cabbage and onion in thin strips. Place into skillet with 2
tablespoons butter, cook for 2 minutes. Add one cup of water and braise the
cabbage with the rest of the ingredients untill it is soft and all of the liquid
is cooked off, about 25 minutes.
